TEHRAN July 23 (Shana)--National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) is planning to transfer at least eight drilling rigs to South Azadegan oil field, NIDC manager said.
Hamid-Reza Golpayegani said the planned transfer of rigs is in line with Petroleum Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh’s order for accelerated development of the oil field shared with Iraq.

TEHRAN July 23 (Shana)--Iranian companies are operating 1.245 billion dollars of water and electricity projects in neighboring Iraq, Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian said.
“Iraq is a big market for the export of technical and engineering services in the electricity industry,” the minister said.
TEHRAN July 23 (Shana)--Iran is expected to start pumping gas to neighboring Iraq early next Persian calendar year which starts on March 21, 2015, a deputy Iranian petroleum minister said.
“After the completion of structures, pipeline testing and the installation of measurement systems, Iran’s gas will [start to] be exported to Iraq early next [calendar] year,” Deputy Petroleum Minister for International Affairs and Trading Ali Majedi said on Wednesday.
